RETURNS/EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

Include your order number and which item(s) you would like to return and a returns label will be emailed to you once notified of your return
DE will provide you with a full refund on full-priced items, or the price that you paid if discounted using the subscription offer, where:
- the items are in original saleable condition with all tags attached
- the items have not been worn, damaged or washed
- the items are faulty (unless caused by you)
- returns & exchanges must be made within 48 hours upon receipt of the goods, as we are a small business with low inventory
- we do not accept returns on sale goods, unless stated in a promotion
- refunds will be processed within 1 business day. Allow 2-3 business days for your refund to show in your account
- Returns are at your own cost
- Exchanges are FREE
